I’m Cameron Ramsay. Some people like to call me Cam.

I’m a Sydney-based commercial photographer who creates images for businesses (big or small), graphic designers and agencies.

With a photography career spanning more than 20 years, I come with a bundle of experience and proven track record. Those years were committed to the renowned “Studio Commercial”, a busy first-tier studio based in the Sydney CBD. In 2019, I moved on to running my own, independent photography business.

Great photography is the sum of many parts. It’s a blend of art and science, skill and practice. I know what it takes to make great images and I understand how to create them for you. I strive to create genuine and authentic images that engage with and connect to your audience. 

My photographs have been used for marketing, advertising, editorial and social media content, or by companies to showcase their people, infrastructure or products. 

Corporate portraits and creative editorial photography have always been key areas of focus. I enjoy the challenge and reward of shooting feature environmental portraits, often of company high achievers, such as CEOs and other C-suite executives. 

When it comes to product photography, my background in this field is extensive too. I’m especially skilled at shooting categories such as alcohol and food, as well as furnishings. 

I also love photographing great architecture. As it happens, I even married an architect!

Everyone wants to hire a specialist but, as you can see, I’ve covered pretty much all types of assignment. So there isn’t much out there that I can’t or won’t take on!
